C++ Generic try-catch block

is called an ellipsis, which is used to catch any type of exception that may be thrown by the code inside the try
block. This is useful when you don't know exactly what type of exception may be thrown, or when you want to handle all exceptions in the same way.
However, it is generally recommended to catch specific types of exceptions instead of using a generic catch-all block, as this allows you to handle different exceptions in different ways, and provides more specific error messages to the user.
